Satish Perumal, storytelling in his veins, laser focused observation and a big-time foodie, embraces that, his life is a great comedic cycle. He believes that everyone’s life is their own comical cycle but very few acknowledge it and enjoy every bit. Though he had gained a lot of expertise over time in advertising, he still quit his job to do what is closer to his heart which is, getting people hooked with comedy. He started his comical journey on the 24th of July, 2014. Since then, he has had more than 650 successful shows at over 12 major cities which includes Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi, Gurgaon, Chandigarh, Kochi, Mangalore, Manipal, Coimbatore, Pune and Kolkata. He has consistently been a major part of the Bangalore Comedy Festival every year. He has been aired on News 9, Radio Indigo, Radio Mirchi and Red FM. He has been exclusively featured on The Times of India, Indian Express, Bangalore Mirror, Deccan Herald and The Taj Inner Circle. But the most exclusive was he being featured on the Fortune magazine for Work-Life Balance (in which he’s a pro.) Apart from that he’s also a pro at transforming people into comedy fanbases. He caught the hearts of all the 3,500 people at once by making them laugh their hearts out in 2017. He has performed a lot of charity shows and one of them was for the Earthquake Relief at Nepal. He is known for performing observational, anecdotal and self-deprecating style of comedy. He is also absolutely and killingly punctual in every aspect of his life. Different audience, different show, different mindset, different response. This is what makes comedy an amazing art. It’s like a box of chocolates, you never know what you’re gonna get. Using this to his advantage, he has received standing ovations at corporate shows for his brilliance. Once again, without a shadow of doubt, Satish turned another huge crowd into a permanent comedy fanbase!
